 XINJIANG PRODUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION CORPS

Established in 1954 and distributed within Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as “the Corps”), as a part of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, undertakes the responsibility granted by the country to open up wasteland and garrison the frontiers, and in the form of integrating the Party, government, army and enterprises, autonomously governs its internal administrative and juridical affairs within its managed areas pursuant to laws and regulations in China and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. CHINA STATE FARMS AGRIBUSINESS (GROUP) CORPORATION

China State Farms Agribusiness (Group) Corporation was established in 1980, successively under the direct leadership of Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Ministry of Agriculture, Farming and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In 2009, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. In 2013, China National Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated into China State Farms Agribusiness (Group) Corporation.

CHINA NEW ERA GROUP CORPORATION

China New Era Group Corporation was approved by China State Council and China Central Military Committee to be established in 1980. In 1999, it was handed over by the General Armament Department of People’s Liberation Army to Work Commission of Central Enterprises. In 2003, it became a central enterprise funded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In March 2010, it became a subsidiary of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, which was jointly incorporated by China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation and it.
